The Port Adelaide Cricket Club is seeking a dynamic leader with coaching experience to fulfil the position of Women’s Head Coach for season 19/20 and beyond.

We are seeking a leader/coach who will: • Build the womens group and oversee recruitment of assistant coaches, players, support staff • Ensure that a professional development program and pathway for junior and senior players is planned and implemented. • Engage support from others, for womens cricket at PACC, to competitively field a 1st Grade and subsequently a 2nd Grade womens team. • Have or be prepared to undertake training to achieve a level 2 Cricket Australia coaching qualification • Have experience in cricket coaching, ideally with both senior and junior players • Have a sound understanding of Cricket Australia’s ‘The Australian Way’ coaching philosophy • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
